How To Tell if Your Lymphatic System is Having Trouble

Typically, our bodies do a decent job at moving our lymph fluid by movement, exercise, and even deep breathing. However, there are times when issues arise where our bodies need help moving lymph that may be accumulating. Why does it accumulate? This could be due to surgery, trauma to lymph nodes, previous cancers, sedentary lifestyle, and many other factors.

Common Signs of a struggling lymph system:

Swelling in your fingers
